The internet can be tiring. This section is about personal hygiene: how not to dissolve in feeds, how to tame notifications, how to sort out passwords and permissions, how to rest without guilt. No ultimatum — just clear steps. What to find: daily rituals, lists, tiny 'micro-settings' that add air. Why it matters: to stay a person online — with choices left.
